The Forwood Group

Founded in 1986, Forwood hold a solid position in forestry investments. In 2006 the group expanded with two new subsidiaries focused on cultivated teak in Panama; Forwood Forestry Panama S.A., and Forwood Production S.A. In 2007 Nordic Management Group, teak plantation owner established in 1999, was incorporated into the Forwood group. Subsequently the company's name was changed to Forwood Management Group.

Forwood AB is a public unlisted company with approximately 580 shareholders. The Forwood group operates in Sweden and in Panama.
