Forwood works with a flexible investment system, TeakUnit®.

Each TeakUnit initially comprises 111 plants and costs 3700 USD. The investment includes full maintenance and lease during the rotation period of the plantation, which is estimated at 20 years.

By investing in one or more TeakUnits you choose a uniformed system which simplifies the transfer process if divested.

The placement makes you owner of cultivated teak with an high expected return and compatively low risk. The investment also provides job oppertunities in a developing country as well as a positive impact on the environment.

TeakInvest

An investment in our Teak Invest Reforestation VISA package includes entry into the land register, cultivated teak and administration during the whole rotation. It is possible to invest from USD 80,000 and the investment allows you to obtain a resident visa and Panamanian passport for yourself, your spouse as well as dependent children.
