As Forwood AB is a public (unlisted) company, the company itself as well as its shareholders are entitled to offer shares to the public. You can always contact our Swedish head office to find out if any of our shareholders have reported interest in selling all or parts of their holdings. Besides that we recommend web sites trading unlisted shares.

When a transaction has taken place you fill out and send a fund bill to Forwood AB, which then register the transaction in the company's book of shares and confirm the transaction to both parties.
