Mr. Anders Karlsson has been appointed President and CEO as of May 1, 2011. He holds an MBA from the University of Göteborg and has long work experience from managerial positions in multinational companies. Currently Anders is an independent consultant and advisor to owners and board of directors within different businesses. Anders was formerly the CFO of Mölnlycke Health Care AB, and prior to Mölnlycke, executive vice president and CFO for Sandvik Coromant AB and the CFO of Sandvik Tooling AB.

Lars Appelgren

Lars Appelgren has most of his professional career working with international forest products trade in the house Ekman & Co. based in Gothenburg. With suppliers in all continents and sales in Middle East and Asia Lars has broad and deep experience in international business. He has held directorships in several of Ekman's subsidiaries and joint ventures. Working since 5 years as a consultant in marketing / sales of own label.

Tommy Marklund

Tommy Marklund has extensive experience in the financial industry and has worked as Head of Gota Bank's investment banking business. Tommy has operated his own business in corporate finance, private equity and asset management for many years. Among the former principals and board are, among others, Aragon Securities, Consafe VENRE Beijerinvest, Emil Lundgren, Active. Current Board: Rasta Group AB (First North), Yield AB (Aktietorget)

Background: Naval Officer, and various management positions as branch manager, President, Member and Chairman. Executive MBA with a global focus from the Copenhagen Business School, 2001 - 2003. Owner and CEO of Environmental TOAB AB, which conducts business in the construction and plumbing industry. Works since many years active in the Baltics and the former Eastern Europe.
