About Forwood
Founded in 1986, Forwood hold a solid position in forestry investments. In 2006 the group expanded with two new subsidiaries focused on cultivated teak in Panama; Forwood Forestry Panama S.A., and Forwood Production S.A. In 2007 Nordic Management Group, teak plantation owner established in 1999, was incorporated into the Forwood group. Subsequently the company's name was changed to Forwood Management Group.
Forwood AB is a public company with 1035 shareholders. The Forwood group operates in Sweden and in Panama.
The activities
Parent Forwood AB's office is in Gothenburg, Sweden.
Forwood Forestry Panama S.A., was acquired in August 2007 and was formerly known as Nordic Management Group SA FMG is an investment to direct investment in cultivated teak and thus contract counterparties for investments brokered by Forwood, or any of its agents.
Forwood Management Group S.A., is the counterpart for all investments made in teak and land provided by Forwood Forestry Panama S.A.
Forwood Production S.A., carry out management, planting and harvesting assignments for various clients.

Forwood environmental
Forwood care about biodiversity and the natural jungle flora, therefore, the company today owns about 400 hectares of untouched jungle thereby protected from illegal logging or slash and burn, creating a rich life for all inhabitants of the jungle See the pictures here.
